Nuovo servizio di bike sharing elettrico disponibile a Roma
Roma è la prima città italiana ad offrire il nuovo servizio di bike sharing elettrico - Uber Jump. Secondo Virginia Raggi, sindaca di Roma, la città è pronta per questo nuovo servizio. Raggi chiede i cittadini e gli ospiti di Roma a rispettarlo.
Il nuovo servizio di bike sharing costa 12 euro all'ora e fornirà in totale 3.500 biciclette Uber Jump per le strade della città nelle prossime settimane.
Il sindaco ha partecipato allo start ufficiale del nuovo servizio di biciclette descrivendolo come "un servizio straordinario offerto a Roma".
Raggi ha sottolineato: "Se non vogliamo che queste biciclette vengano maltrattate, indovinate da chi dipende? Noi. Ritengo pertanto che sia essenziale coinvolgere tutti i cittadini per un uso informato e ottimale di queste biciclette per dimostrare quanto sia pronta Roma per un tale servizio."
Le biciclette di colore rosso sono dotate di localizzazione GPS e carrello. Le bici possono essere prenotate nell'app Uber, che consente all'utente di individuare la bici più vicina e quindi sbloccarla con un pin fornito dall'app. Il costo del noleggio è 20 centesimi al minuto e una tassa di 50 cent per liberare la bicicletta. Le bici possono anche essere messe in attesa fino a mezz'ora.
Il servizio copre una vasta area della capitale italiana, a partire dal centro verso l'EUR, Coppedè, Monteverde Nuovo e Fleming. Le biciclette elettriche possono essere parcheggiate in tutta la città in aree sicure, ma non possono essere parcheggiate lungo il fiume Lungotevere, nel tentativo di evitare danni, e gli utenti dei veicoli parcheggiati lungo il fiume dovranno pagare una multa.
I precedenti schemi di veicoli elettrici a noleggio a Roma sono rapidamente aumentati in popolarità tra residenti e visitatori della capitale italiana. La speranza del sindaco Raggi è che Uber Jump superi questo successo.
