For two days in April the Czech city will welcome major actors in the field of smart transportation
Smart and Healthy Transport in Cities is the name of a two-day conference which will take place in Pilsen on 9th and 10th of April 2019. Registration is already open for the 5th edition of the conference, which features presentation by Frank Uekermann on transportation design and planning in the city of Freiburg; sustainable policies in transport by Wolfgang Hafner; Marek Zděradička on “Metro S – Trains under Prague”; Meredith Baker on e-buses and shared experience by bus operators worldwide, and practical advice by František Konečný (connections with historical city centres) and image campaigns by Michael Beer.
This year’s edition focuses on the following topics:
The comprehensive program will showcase successful examples from European cities, by representatives of local administration, urban mobility services providers, transport authorities, research institutes and more is yet to be confirmed.
