Dopo le pubblicate norme in Gazzetta Ufficiale i veicoli possono essere utilizzati legalmente in tutta Italia
È gia entrato in vigore il DM Micromobilità con la pubblicazione sul supplemento ordinario n. 45/L alla Gazzetta Ufficiale 304 del 30 dicembre 2019 della norma che, all’articolo 75, equipara i monopattini elettrici ai velocipedi. Questo permette la circolazione dei e-veicoli, compresi i Segway, in ambito urbano e sulle normali sedi stradali, ugalmente alle biciclette. Restano esclusi hoverboard e monowheel.
Il testo pubblicato indica che questa equiparazione è riservata solo ai “monopattini che rientrano nei limiti di potenza e velocità” e cioè in una potenza massima di 0,5 kW e entro i 20 km/h.
Grazie alla nuova norma è stato coperto un buco nella mobilità urbana. Adesso, tutti i possessori di monopattini elettrici potranno utilizzare i loro veicoli nelle città senza provocare gravi problemi.
La rivoluzione della micromobilità elettrica può finalmente fiurire in Italia. La sperimentazione avviata quasi un anno fa, aveva causato gravi problemi atraverso diversi posti italiani. Fino ad ora, i monopattini elettrici potevano essere utilizzati soltanto nei Comuni che avevano deciso di partecipare alla sperimentazione.
Alcuni Comuni avevano implementato diverse ed alte multe per l’utilizzo non conforme dei 2 ruote elettrici. Adesso, grazie alla nuova norma i monopattini elettrici possono essere utilizzati legalmente in tutta Italia.
In questo modo si attualizza la normativa voluta da Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti nel riguardo di micromobilità, distinguendo i monopattini elettrici da hoverboard e monowheel. Loro si possono usare solo in determinate zone definite dai singoli Comuni.
Così, il nuovo anno comincia con un problema risolto per i monopattini elettrici, che sono in tutto il mondo un diffuso sistema di mobilità condivisa. La buona novità vale pure per i servizi di sharing, che sono stati bloccati in molti posti, perché questi veicoli non erano descritti nel Codice della Strada.
