Il 3 jugno, sul terreno della mobilità sostenibile di Roma è arrivato un altro operatore di monopattini elettrici in sharing. Dopo Helbiz a Lime è la volta di Bird.
Nella meravigliosa cornice del Colosseo, la sindaca Virginia Raggi ha presentato 1.000 nuovi monopattini, modello Bird One. L'area operativa del nuovo operatore Bird parte dal Circo Massimo, fino al quartiere Esquilino, zona della stazione Termini, Porta Pia, Villa Borghese fino a coprire tutto il Centro storico. Nelle prossime settimane il servizio sarà esteso anche in altre parti della città.
“Rafforziamo la flotta di monopattini elettrici in sharing nella nostra città, un servizio utile, innovativo ed ecosostenibile. Mai come ora è fondamentale rispondere alle diverse esigenze di mobilità: per questo diamo ai cittadini un’alternativa concreta per muoversi soprattutto lungo le brevi distanze, in particolare nelle zone più centrali di Roma, facilitando l’intermodalità e limitando il traffico privato.”, ha detto la sindaca Raggi presentando il servizio
Bird emette fattura per consentire all'utente di chiedere il rimborso del 60% previsto dal bonus mobilità. Costi e opzioni:
La situazione in tempo reale dei monopattini (parcheggio e condizioni dei mezzi) viene gestito con sistema Gps. Tramite app si possono segnalare i monopattini non parcheggiati correttamente o i veicoli non funzionanti.
La capitale italiana ha aperto le porte al mercato della micromobilità con mezzi completamente green ed elettrici, un’alternativa soprattutto per gli spostamenti più brevi. Con Bird, Roma ha fatto un altro passo avanti per migliorare la mobilità nella città e incentivare l’uso di mezzi ecosostenibili e comodi per muoversi, soprattutto per coprire il ‘primo e l’ultimo miglio’ negli spostamenti di tutti i giorni.
