Il consiglio comunale della capitale italiana ha aggiornato la legislazione esistente con l'obiettivo di migliorare la vita nella città per residenti e turisti. Le nuove regole includono sanzioni per coloro che saltano nelle fontane d'acqua. Agli uomini è anche vietato passeggiare per la città a torso nudo. È anche vietato mangiare vicino a monumenti storici, compreso il gelato - famoso in tutto il mondo.
È vietato anche bere acqua direttamente dalle fontanelle pubbliche della città.
