Les Français sont forcés à rester chez eux depuis lundi dernier, afin de contenir le coronavirus. Naturellement, c'est une toute nouvelle expérience, plutôt désagréable pour la plupart d'entre eux. Heureusement, certains gouvernements locaux trouvent des moyens ingénieux de distraire leurs citoyens et de les motiver à respecter les restrictions imposées par le gouvernement central.
Un exemple est Grenoble, situé dans le sud-est de la France. La capitale du département de l'Isère a annoncé aujourd'hui le lancement d'un festival entièrement numérique. Cela devrait au moins partiellement compenser le manque d’événements sociaux, comme le cinéma, les concerts ou la salle de gym.
À partir d'aujourd'hui 20 mars, chaque matin, un programme d'animation sera proposé sur la page Facebook de la commune de Grenoble. Il commence à 9h avec des activités sportives. Le programme se poursuivra avec des cours de cuisine (à 11h), des séances d'art et de cinéma pour les plus jeunes (à 16h) et une émission culturelle différente en soirée (à 18h).
L'événement est rendu possible grâce à un certain nombre d'organisations, y compris la Numothèque Grenoble-Alpes (Bibliothèque numérique de la Métro), le festival du Cinéma de Montagne, le Centre Chorégraphique national, la Cinémathèque, les Détours de Babel, le festival de cinéma Voir Ensemble, Mix'Art, Batukavi, le Théâtre Prémol.
"On a reçu un écho extrêmement fort du tissu associatif grenoblois", a expliqué le maire de Grenoble Eric Piolle, cité par francetvinfo. Il a invité Français à rester chez eux et affirme que les gouvernements locaux ont un rôle important à jouer dans le processus.
Piolle a également critiqué la réaction du gouvernement et a expliqué que le confinement à domicile avait été imposé avec un retard de 10 jours. Pour rappel, la France a mis en place un confinement depuis le lundi 16 mars pendant au moins 15 jours. Cela comprend l'éloignement social, la circulation limitée des personnes et la suspension des réformes.
