Donka Mihaylova

The Mayor of Troyan Donka Mihaylova was born on 20 April 1959 in the town of Troyan. She has higher education in Economics from D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics Svishtov, specializing in Finance and Credit. For many years she has worked in the non-governmental sector, she was the chairperson of Zvanie Association in Lovech. Donka Mihaylova was an MP in the 40th National Assembly. She is an expert of the National Association of Municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria. Donka Mihaylova is also an evaluator of operational programmes; she works actively on the planning and programming processes for the forthcoming planning period. In October 2019 Mihaylova won the local vote in the first round.
