Un nouvel outil collaboratif numérique opérant à Rennes vise à fluidifier le trafic métropolitain. Les autorités ont présenté « À la bonne heure ! » au début de ce mois.
« À la bonne heure ! » invite les usagers à alimenter des données sur leurs heures de départ et d'arrivée pour chaque jour de la semaine, ainsi que leur mode de transport préféré. Sur la base des informations reçues, la plateforme crée une carte interactive, permettant de visualiser les principaux pics d'affluence sur les zones d'emploi et de savoir comment ils évoluent tout au long de la semaine.
La plateforme permet ainsi aux voyageurs prendre les mesures appropriées pour éviter les heures de pointe. La solution s'adresse naturellement à ceux qui bénéficient de flexibilité par rapport à leurs heures de début et de fin de travail/études. L'objectif ultime est d'alléger la pression sur les transports publics et les axes routiers de Rennes, alors que la ville sort progressivement du confinement.
La carte interactive peut être consultée en ligne sur ce lien. L’utilité du nouvel outil sera décidée par le nombre d'utilisateurs et la quantité de données reçues.
Enfin, la solution en ligne n'est qu'une des nombreuses alternatives testées à Rennes pour réduire les embouteillages et éviter la saturation des transports en commun. La ville avait déjà également proposé aux entreprises de repenser les horaires de travail et les alternatives de télétravail, tout en décalant elle-même les horaires des cours universitaires.
