Wake Park Setúbal será o mais novo e um dos parques temáticos de desportes de acção mais modernos da Europa. O parque vai ser construído na Baixa de Santas, junto do Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal. Haverá um lago maior para praticantes experientes e de competição, e um menor para iniciantes.
Entre as várias infra-estruturas, haverá também uma pista de kartings eléctricos, skate park, escalada, BMX e paintball zona, 25 bungalows, parque para 17 autocaravanas, restaurante para 200 pessoas, café e uma loja de equipamento desportivo. Segundo a Presidente da Câmara de Setúbal, Maria das Dores Meira, existirem planos para a instalação futura, junto ao Wake Park Setúbal, dum parque aquático tradicional, para complementar a oferta para toda a família.
