La Comunidad de Madrid anunció que el lunes 4 de octubre muchas de las restricciones sociales dejarán de aplicarse gracias a un avance más que satisfactorio en las vacunaciones contra COVID-19. La nueva Orden se publicará este sábado en el Boletín Oficial de la región.
Con eso, Madrid se suma a una lista cada vez mayor de gobiernos en Europa que buscan cambiar el rumbo de la pandemia y restaurar la vida cotidiana normal, como se conocía antes de que llegara el coronavirus.
Según datos citados por las autoridades, la tendencia a la baja de las infecciones por coronavirus se está consolidando, situando la Incidencia Acumulada (IA) en 7 días, a la fecha, en 27,9 casos por 100.000 habitantes y a 14 días en 64,2. Además, la cobertura de vacunación con dos dosis en la población objetivo supera el 87%.
En este contexto, la Consejería de Sanidad suprimirá con carácter general para todos los sectores de actividad económica o social las restricciones de capacidad, tanto en sus interiores como en exteriores. No obstante, se deben seguir respetando las medidas generales de higiene preventiva.
Los restaurantes y bares ahora pueden recibir libremente a los clientes. Asimismo, se eliminarán los límites de capacidad en los lugares de culto, celebraciones religiosas, instalaciones funerarias, establecimientos comerciales, bibliotecas, museos, cines, teatros, instalaciones culturales, espectáculos recreativos y culturales, instalaciones deportivas.
Madrid siendo Madrid, también se ha indicado que las fiestas taurinas tampoco tendrán restricciones de asistencia.
Aún así, hay dos reglas que permanecerán vigentes, al menos por el momento. La primera es que las omnipresentes mascarillas todavía tendrán que usarse en lugares públicos cerrados, aunque eso quizás no se aplique a lugares que involucran el consumo de alimentos y bebidas.
La otra restricción restante es la que no permite el baile en interiores, por ejemplo, en clubes nocturnos. El razonamiento aquí es que tal actividad no puede garantizar el distanciamiento social en todo momento.
