Alternatively, if you have no access to pools or they simply are not your place, make sure to dip your feet into mild water: this will help to rapidly regulate body temperature.
The local authorities also suggest that insulating your house with a pool on the roof is an idea to take into consideration. And finally: make sure to drink plenty of water. For an adult the needed quality varies between 1.5 and 2 litres daily. However, alcohol and sweet drinks can have the opposite effect.
