Le Maire de Cannes, David Lisnard, a présenté la semaine dernière une nouvelle mesure visant à limiter les effets négatifs du Covid-19 sur l'économie locale. L'application mobile Shoppeer vise à aider les citoyens à faire des achats de proximité tout en offrant aux propriétaires un espace publicitaire gratuit et un outil accessible pour se faire de nouveaux clients.
L’application Shoppeer a été lancée jeudi dernier et peut être téléchargée gratuitement sur l’Apple Appstore et Google Play par les utilisateurs de smartphone, ou accessible via un navigateur par ceux qui préfèrent la version de bureau. Shoppeer met en valeur 564 établissements dont la plupart sont basés à Cannes, mais aussi à Mandelieu-la-Napoule, Le Cannet, Mougins et Théoule-sur-Mer - les cinq communes de l'Agglomération Cannes Lérins.
L'application permet aux utilisateurs de filtrer facilement par secteur, de recevoir régulièrement des informations et des offres promotionnelles des établissements participants ou de recevoir une notification chaque fois qu'ils passent à proximité d'un magasin répertorié sur Shoppeer. L’appli donne des informations simples sur les options de livraison, les heures d'ouverture et les contacts.
L'application est conçue à la fois pour faciliter aux clients la découverte du choix disponible des petits commerçants, mais aussi pour aider les propriétaires d'entreprise qui reçoivent un espace en ligne gratuit à promouvoir leur travail et leurs promotions actives.
Enfin, l'application Shoppeer est elle-même une invention locale car elle a été développé par BLUE BEACON, une entreprise cannoise active dans le domaine des solutions de marketing mobile.
Shoppeer est la suite d'une action locale du même nom lancée en avril dernier, avec pour objectif de soutenir le redémarrage de l'activité économique locale malgré le confinement. À ce stade, la solution numérique n'était disponible que pour les établissements proposant des livraisons et, plus tard, pour ceux offrant des bons qui pourraient être utilisés après le confinement.
