Sono molti i Comuni italiani che si sono immediatamente adeguati alla situazione nell’ambito della gestione dell’Emergenza Coronavirus. Comuni soprattutto grandi ma anche piccoli centri e amministrazioni hanno scelto lo smart working o lavoro agile, come forma ordinaria di svolgimento del lavoro in questo momento.
Molti Comuni avevano sperimentato questa modalità di lavoro già da tempo. Altri invece, hanno provato il divario tecnologico in pochi giorni. Fatte salve particolari esigenze che richiedano la presenza di personale in ufficio. Molti lavorano a ridotta ed effettuata a rotazione modalità, informa ANCI.
Il Comune di Milano ha riattivato le procedure di smart working per i suoi dipendenti in occasione della chiusura della prima zona rossa di Codogno nel lodigiano. Il lavoro agile come modalità ordinaria di svolgimento della prestazione lavorativa interessa già oltre 4 mila dipendenti.
Secondo dati riferiti dall’amministrazione del Comune ti Torino, quasi il 40% dei dipendenti comunali sta lavorando da casa. Il Corpo di Polizia municipale però è quello con la percentuale minore pari al 5,59% o 100 dipendenti su 1790 lavorano da casa.
Dal 17 marzo l’amministrazione comunale di Venezia ha ridotto lo spostamento in città e nelle isole al minimo. Più di 1.900 dipendenti dei 2700 non si muovono più quotidianamente da casa, garantendo i servizi al cittadino. 498 sono quelli che per disposizioni nazionali non sono già operativi in sede, come i servizi educativi e biblioteche, mentre oltre 1.450 sono messi in smart working.
A Roma 9,000 sono i dipendenti comunali che lavorano da casa. In totale, Roma Capitale ha 23 mila dipendenti e tra questi ci sono 6,000 insegnanti che hanno da tempo sospeso la didattica e 6,000 agenti di Polizia Locale che sono in larghissima parte operativi su strada.
Dagli altri 11,000 dipendenti - circa l’80% sta lavorando da casa. Il restante 20% effettua attività che sono legate all’emergenza Coronavirus o servizi indifferibili ed incomprimibili.
